Quality Control Stages and Equipment:
🔹 Raw Material Inspection: Input materials including raw rubber, fillers, oils, and additives are precisely checked before entering the production process to ensure uniformity and adequate quality.
🔹 Production Process Quality Control: During production, continuous monitoring is conducted on the quality of mixing and compounding. Some of the equipment used includes: • Mooney Viscometer — to measure raw rubber viscosity • Moving Die Rheometer (MDR) — to monitor the curing behavior of rubber compounds at different times and temperatures
